October is depression and mental health awareness month. It is estimated that 5% of the global population suffers from depression and considered a common mental health disorder according to the World Health Organization.

Not sure if you are suffering from anxiety or depression?  There are a few signs that can help you determine if you may be suffering from a mental illness. In mild and less severe scenarios taking an online assessment might be able to offer some clarity point you in the right direction.
